POSTAL VEHICLE CAR-JACKED IN KOSMET, ONE SERB INJURED

  Serb Gojko Djuric has received injuries in the village of Breznik, near Gorazdevac in western Kosmet, when armed attackers stopped and car-jacked a postal vehicle with Serbian register plates. Regional spokesperson of the Kosmet Police Service Zeqir Kelmendi has confirmed that two armed attackers have stopped the car with two Serb passengers. Doctor in charge in the Gorazdevac ambulance Stanislava Radovic has said that Djuric has a wound on the back of the head and was urgently transferred to the hospital in northern Kosovska Mitrovica, but upon the insistence of the Police Service he was taken to a hospital in Pec. Kelmendi added that one of the attackers was using a pistol and the other a rifle, and he added that the vehicle has been found. The shipment and money have been stolen from the car, concluded Kelmendi.
